Conference Program Final

The MRNRC 2013 program has been changed due to cancellations. Thursday has been cancelled from the conference, but there will still be dinner and a social on Wednesday night. If you have a presentation please review your new time slot. This program is still tentative and may change depending on federal sequestration.
